Welcome to the Offshore Cruising Club

Welcome to the website of the Offshore Cruising Club (OCC for short).

The OCC is based around the classic yacht Overlord, a magnificent 10-berth, 58 foot Bermudan sloop built in 1936 by Abeking & Rasmussen of Lemverder for the Luftwaffe.

The club has about 200 members who enjoy sailing and socialising. Every year the club publishes an extensive cruising programme of about thirty trips to which members can subscribe.

Trips can vary from a day sail in the Solent to a week or more in the Baltic, Croatia, Turkey, Greece, the Canaries, Ireland. In 2010 Overlord will be in the Cote d'Azur visiting St Tropez and much more!!
